Good Neighbor Community Health Center is hiring a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our Federal Qualified Health Center (FQHC) integrated care team serving communities on or near Hwy 30 in East-Central Nebraska. This position offers meaningful clinical work, strong team support, and reasonable expectations in a community health center setting.

This role is a good fit for a licensed or provisionally licensed therapist who values patient-centered care, collaboration, and long-term sustainability.

What You’ll Do

Provide outpatient mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver services in person and via telehealth
Collaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
Coordinate referrals and community resources as needed

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
Active Nebraska license in good standing, including one of the following:
LMHP
PLMHP
LIMHP
LCSW / PLCSW

Preferred Qualifications

Two or more years of clinical counseling experience
Experience in outpatient, community-based, or integrated care settings
Spanish speaking preferred but not required
Willingness to travel between clinic sites
